So it seems that Rand Paul just get keeps on getting crazier and no one has the balls to ask what the hell kind of drugs this guy is on. He claims to be a “constitutional conservative” yet doesn’t think the 14th amendment should apply to alliens, wants to electrocute border hoppers and wont sit next to a black man at a lunch counter. So I’ll ask it:
